• Richard Greener has been recognized as a talented trial lawyer, capable of trying the most complex matters. His trial experience covers a broad spectrum of substantive law, including securities, construction, environment, employment, patent infringement, professional legal and medical malpractice, drug and medical products liability, and general business. His professional medical malpractice clients include physicians, long term care facilities, podiatrists and chiropractors.
• During the last ten years, Mr. Greener has spent 100% of his time on trial work. He has litigated in numerous federal district courts, Circuit Courts of Appeal, and state courts. Approximately 75% of his trials have been tried before juries.
