- Richard Greener has been recognized as a talented trial lawyer, capable of trying the most complex matters. His trial experience covers a broad spectrum of substantive law, including securities, construction, environment, employment, patent infringement, professional legal and medical malpractice, drug and medical products liability, and general business. - During the last ten years, Mr. Greener has spent 100% of his time on trial work. He has litigated in numerous federal district courts, Circuit Courts of Appeal, and state courts. Approximately 75% of his trials have been tried before juries.
